✓ Note
Rules are edited on the Rules tab, not here. These settings decide what happens to orders that match no rule, plus a few plugin-wide options.

Where unmatched orders go

SettingDefaultWhat it does
Global thank you page — “Send successful orders that match no rule to a page or URL”OffThe catch-all. Turn it on for “one page for everyone”.
Redirect toA page on this siteA page on this site or A custom URL. The next field changes to match.
Page—The page to send them to. Must be published.
URL—A full address starting with https:// or http://. The browser rejects an address without it; any other invalid address is not saved and an error is shown.

Failed and cancelled orders

SettingDefaultWhat it does
Failed orders — “Send failed and cancelled orders to a page or URL (off: WooCommerce shows its retry-payment page)”OffOnly turn this on if your page helps the customer pay another way or contact you.
Redirect failed orders toA page on this siteA page on this site or A custom URL.
Failed order page / Failed order URL—Where failed orders go when no Failed or cancelled orders rule matches.

Options

SettingDefaultWhat it does
Skip redirect for shop managersOffShop managers and administrators stay on WooCommerce’s order received page, so they can place test orders without being redirected. Customers are unaffected.
Purchase trackingOnRuns WooCommerce thank-you hooks on the thank you page, so analytics and payment plugins still work. Payment instructions are shown either way.
Protect order pagesOnStops page caching and search indexing of pages showing order details.
UninstallOffDelete all rules and settings when the plugin is deleted. See below.

At the bottom, a note reads “Note: Show the order on your thank you page with the Order Details block or the shortcode [rtyp_order_details]”. When the global or failed target is switched on and set to a page that does not show the order, a warning names that page — checked against the saved settings, so it appears after you save.

Uninstall

With Uninstall off, the default, deleting the plugin keeps your rules and settings, so reinstalling brings everything back.

With it on, deleting the plugin removes its rules and settings. Two exceptions, both deliberate:

  • Data from version 1.x is never removed.
  • While the free and Pro versions are both installed, deleting one of them keeps the data, because the other still uses it.

✓ Note
On multisite, data is removed for the current site only; other sites keep their rules and settings.
