To use our website and purchase our products, you must:

3.1 Plugin Licenses

  • Our plugins are licensed, not sold
  • Each license specifies the number of sites it may be used on
  • Licenses are non-transferable without our written permission
  • License keys are unique and tied to your account

3.2 Updates and Support

  • Active license holders receive plugin updates and email support
  • Support is provided via email during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM)
  • We aim to respond to support requests within 24-48 hours
  • Updates include bug fixes, security patches, and new features
  • Support does not include custom development or theme/plugin compatibility fixes beyond our control

4. Use of Our Website

You agree to use WPActPro.com only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any local or international laws
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Disrupt or interfere with website functionality

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are granted if the plugin does not function as described
  • We may request additional information about the issue before processing
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

5.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • License renewal payments after the initial purchase period
  • Custom development or modification work
  • Licenses that have been used on more than the permitted number of sites
  • Refunds requested after 7 days from purchase date
  • Refunds for issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting configurations

6. User Responsibilities

By using our products, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use our plugins only as permitted by your license type
  • Cannot redistribute, resell, or share plugin files with others
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our plugin code
  • Not use our plugins for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Keep your license key secure and not share it publicly
  • Report any security vulnerabilities responsibly

7. Digital Products & Licensing

WPActPro sells digital WordPress plugins. Each license includes:

  • Single-site license (1 domain)
  • Multi-site license (multiple domains)
  • Lifetime license (lifetime updates)

You may not resell, redistribute, or share premium plugin files.

8. Payments

  • Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  • We do not store payment card information.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPActPro, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our products or services
  • Any violation of these Terms and Conditions by you
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit or transmit through our services

10. Third-Party Integrations

Some features rely on third-party services (WordPress, WooCommerce, Google APIs, email services).

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party changes.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, code, designs, and documentation belong to WPActPro.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

Our plugins and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness of content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all WordPress themes and plugins

We do not warrant that:

  • Our plugins will meet all your requirements
  • Our services will be available at all times without interruption
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • Our plugins are free from viruses or harmful components

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Website downtime
  • Plugin/theme conflicts
  • Incorrect plugin usage

16. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution:

  • We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving your complaint
  • You agree to provide all relevant information to help us investigate the issue
  • Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication

Formal Resolution:

  • If informal resolution fails after 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies
  • Any formal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the Governing Law section below

Exceptions:

  • Either party may seek immediate injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations
  • Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with relevant consumer protection authorities

17. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Misuse our products or services
  • Share or redistribute plugin files

Upon termination, you must immediately:

  • Stop using all WPActPro plugins
  • Delete all copies of plugin files from your servers
  • Remove any license keys from your systems

Refunds will not be provided for terminated licenses.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction:

  • That provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable
  • If modification is not possible, the provision will be severed from these Terms
  • The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect

This ensures that these Terms remain enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and WPActPro.

This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings between you and WPActPro.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
